My Story
Empathy was my first design skill.
My journey started with lifelong curiosity about people - how they think, feel and interact with the world around them.
While studying anthropology gave me a great base, I kept wishing for something more creative.
When I discovered UX design, it felt like the perfect way to blend research, empathy and creativity. From that moment, I knew this was my calling.
The more I dive into UX, the more it becomes part of who I am. And I love that!

I've always loved listening to people's stories. Eventually, UX became my way of responding to what I hear.
Sometimes, I even feel like a detective! I walk around taking notes, asking questions, connecting pieces and looking for patterns. It turns out most mysteries end with an usability issue.
Spoiler alert: if you ever see me without a notebook, something's probably wrong!

Lysual combines the Norwegian word lys (meaning light) and visual. For me, it's about design that brings a bit more brightness and clarity into everyday experiences.
